3. Purchase and Payment

• All purchases are processed securely through Razorpay
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may be subject to change without notice
• You must provide a valid email address to receive the download link
• Payment must be completed before access to the product is granted
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

4. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive:

• Commercial License: You may use the videos for commercial purposes, including monetization on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Modification Rights: You may edit, add music, text overlays, or other creative elements to the videos
• Distribution: You may upload and share the videos on social media platforms

5. User Responsibilities

• Add your own creative elements when possible to make the content unique
• Review platform policies before uploading to ensure compliance

6. Intellectual Property

The AI Shorts Pack and all its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. While you receive usage rights, the original content remains our property.

• You do not acquire ownership rights to the videos

• You may not claim the videos as your own original creation

7. Refund Policy

8. No Warranties

• Checking your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the email
• Contacting support if you don't receive the email within 24 hours
• Downloading the content within the validity period (typically 30 days)

12. Modifications to Terms
