Refund Policy

Digital Product - No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our product (instant download access), we do not offer refunds after purchase. Once you receive the download link and access the content, the transaction is final.

Exceptions

We may consider refunds only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Error: If you were charged but did not receive the product due to a technical error on our end
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same order
  • Product Not as Described: If the product fundamentally differs from the description (does not apply to subjective quality assessments)

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above:

  2. Include your Order ID and Payment ID
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request with specific details

We will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond via email.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The timeline depends on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after accessing the content
  • Dissatisfaction with video quality (subjective assessment)
  • Inability to monetize or achieve specific results
  • Platform policy violations resulting from your use of the videos
  • Technical issues on your end (insufficient storage, incompatible devices, etc.)
